Stock picture, because this POS doesn’t deserve to have it’s picture taken. Whenever it gets “cold” (below 60F) the driver side door likes to shock you when you close it. Other than that the Accord has handled the freezing temperatures well. Which is good, because if it breaks when it’s this cold, I’m not fixing it in this weather. I’ll just walk and bum rides from people. It may seem counter intuitive to spend more time in the cold walking than taking the hour or so to fix the car, but you see it’s the principle of the matter.

Idk what that’s suppose to mean, but I’ve had too much whiskey and vodka to care. Also at this point I’ve had three days off of school because of the small amounts of ice. And it wasn’t far enough into the semester to have stuff to catch up on so I’ve just been playing a shit ton of rainbow six siege the past few days, drinking, and chainsmoking.

If only its first [several] owners had loved it... maybe it wouldn’t take out it’s frustration on you. It’s not your fault.

I had an Accord in college that had 120k when I bought it, I drove it past 200k without really a single hiccup. Yeah, I replaced the starter - that was pretty easy. And... the battery? That’s about it.

After fixing the initial problems, this really hasn’t had too much go wrong with it. The fact the cold hasn’t killed anything, but the distributor and battery, tells me this thing should be fairly reliable from now on.

I would love for some real snow. We got some snow earlier in Dec, but it didn’t stick to the roads. Gotta practice my Scandinavian flick for when the Accord becomes a Lemons car.

Typically no, but we got some in December, but it didn’t stick to the roads. It did stick to the grass and dirt and such though.

ive never played it sober...... its pretty much the best damn drinking game ever

(but i have noticed when im on american servers its easier.... no teamplay... all glory hounds.... admittedly... some very skilled glory hounds)

The gloryhounds are my favorite. Even when they’re kicking your butt, they’re just so good and impressive you’re not even mad.

Yeah, they are good cars, mostly. They still require care, of course! My previous owner had been meticulous.

My graphic design class is taught by a former GM engineer that hates Camaros because “A 5 liter engine should only find itself in a truck” he also hates Tesla because “Those POS are too expensive and still pollute like crazy, like a Camaro!”

He is a peculiar man, to say the least.

I’ve been his go-to student for engine explanations and he decided that the best way to teach us our way around Autodesk’s fabulous Inventor is to design an engine. Thus far we’ve got a Piston!

I lament that electric situation with the accord, would you know why it does that?

Nope, although if it weren’t so cold, I’d consider adding a ground strap between the door and the chassis.

My Camry also shocks me when I get out and shut the door in the cold. Legitimately PISSES me off sometimes. I read that it has something to do with the cloth seats and static electricity or somethin...

today in maine, hundreds of people met their face in the guard rails and ditches because they don’t know when to go slow.

at least i got to have fun around a few intersections and pretend i was a Real Rally Driver(tm) on wide-open, barely-traveled roads.

Enjoy! If you have a chance, go out late at night. It’s magical. Dark sky, but everything is still so bright, and quiet.

My favorite part is that assuming your tires are at least halfway decent, just about anyone should be able to make it anywhere as long as they’re going slow the entire way. But nooooooo. High speeds, panic stops, sliding, etc. Thier own damn fault
